Where Ovom began

Fertility patients deserve better. That’s why our founders, Dr. Lynae Braeboy and Felicia von Reden, started Ovom: to make reproductive care more successful, more compassionate, and built entirely around you.

We’ve both seen how traditional fertility care often falls short—rushed appointments, confusing processes, and support that stops when you need it most.

So we built something different. At Ovom, we’ve brought together top fertility specialists, cutting-edge technology, and a kinder, more human approach. Dr. Joaquim Nunes

Dr. Joaquim Nunes is a Specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics with over 25 years of experience, currently serving at Lisbon’s CHULN-HSM. A member of the Reproductive Medicine Unit, he is highly skilled in fertility care and reproductive health. Dr. Nunes has held leadership roles in the Portuguese Society of Reproductive Medicine and contributes as a guest assistant in Gynecology at the Faculty of Medicine in Lisbon. As a member of SPMR and ESHRE, he is recognized for his expertise and dedication to patient-centered reproductive care

Chief Medical Officer & IVF Researcher

Dr. Lynae Brayboy

Dr. Brayboy, an America-trained double board-certified Ob/Gyn and Reproductive Endocrinologist, specialized in reproductive endocrinology. With 20+ publications, her research focuses on egg quality, femtech in reproduction, and IVF outcomes, advancing reproductive knowledge for improved patient care.

Dr. Renato Silva Martins

Dr. Renato Silva Martins is a distinguished Consultant in Gynaecology and Obstetrics with a subspecialty in reproductive medicine. A board member for the reproductive medicine group at the Portuguese Medical Council, Dr. Silva Martins is committed to advancing fertility care standards. He holds advanced competence in obstetrics ultrasound and serves as an Auxiliary Professor at the University of Beira Interior’s Faculty of Health Sciences. An active contributor to research, he is also an editor and scientific reviewer for multiple peer-reviewed publications, continually pushing the field forward.

Ahmed Amer

Ahmed Amer is a senior embryologist with over 13 years of experience in London's most prestigious IVF clinics. He is also the founder of multiple patient support initiatives, dedicated to enhancing the patient experience. Ahmed's passion lies in bringing innovation to the forefront, ensuring his patients benefit from cutting-edge treatments and technologies.

Felicia von Reden

Felicia von Reden, CEO of Ovom Care, is driven by her personal experience with severe endometriosis to create a patient-centric IVF clinic. Her passion lies in offering convenience and support throughout the challenging fertility journey, making her clinic a beacon of innovation and compassionate care.
